SOUTH TO OLYMPIA
A story about a 5-day voyage we took south to Washington's
capital, Olympia. Among other things, you will read about the
Tacoma Narrows, the Nisqually Earthquake and how I mistook
Desitin for toothpaste. Thirteen photos, two mini-maps, 3,000
words and one near grounding.

THISTLE TRIALS & TRIBULATIONS
Read an update on our continued attempts at Thistle sailing.
We are sporting a new boat with new sails. My good buddy Dan
Weatbrook contributed many of the photographs. This short story
is about 2,500 words long and includes approximately 30 pictures.

Announcing a major revamp of our wallpapers section! 17 new

PhotographyTips.com
This site is run by some folks in gorgeous British Columbia,
Canada. As the URL indicates, the site contains a variety of
tips-photographic. PhotographyTips.com seems to focus a little
more on the common man (versus the so-called "pro-photographer").
I found a couple nice jewels in their library.
Oceanplanet.org
Single-handed ocean racing is an incredible test of sailor and
boat. Bruce Schwab, Steve Rander and the rest of the folks
involved with Ocean Planet are going to give the sailors in
Europe a run for their money. Check out their web site. If you
like what you see, buy some branded clothing [ocean planet wear]
to help support their program.
